Ordering & Customer Service

Our Ordering & Customer Service team is the interface between customers, pharma partners and Alloga. Orders are processed swiftly and effectively by Ordering & Customer Service.

Monday to Friday: 7.30 a.m. – midday and 1.00 p.m. – 5.00 p.m.

Provided Alloga receives an order by 1.30 p.m., the goods will be picked and dispatched the same day.

If the order is received after 1.30 p.m., the goods are dispatched on the next working day.
